Return and Exchange Policy - Nirooz Store At Nirooz Store, we are committed to implementing a fair and clear return and exchange policy, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Here are the details: Your rights to return and exchange: You have the right to exchange or return in the following cases: * Product not matching specifications: if the product is different from the description mentioned at purchase, or unsuitable for the intended use, or contrary to the advertisement. * Presence of a counterfeit brand: if it is found that the product bears a counterfeit brand that misled you about its source. Time frame for return and exchange: We grant you a specific period to benefit from this policy in case of defect or malfunction in the product: * Exchange: within 5 days from the date of receiving the product. * Return: within 1 day from the date of receiving the product. Important note: After these periods, the consumer has no right to request an exchange or return, according to the laws of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment. Conditions for returning or exchanging damaged products: To successfully complete the exchange or return process, please ensure the following conditions: * The product is in the same original condition in which you received it. * The product is exactly the same as the one sold, without any change or tampering. * Attach the original purchase invoice. Cancelation after shipping: If you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped, packaged, or prepared, shipping costs and return fees (if any) will be deducted, which are estimated at 5% of the product value to cover packaging costs. Electronic payment fees may also be deducted. Shipping outside the area: * Once the product is delivered to the shipping company, responsibility for tracking, canceling, or changing the delivery address is the customer’s responsibility. * If more than 5 days pass since the product arrived in the customer’s area without receipt, Nirooz Store bears no responsibility for the product. * If the customer does not receive the product, they bear a shipping fee of 30 riyals. It is worth noting that shipping companies hold shipments for 3 to 7 working days according to their policies, after which they are returned to our warehouses. * If an error occurs on the customer’s part (such as providing an incorrect address or requesting cancellation after activation), the company is not responsible for this error, and the paid amount will not be refunded. Orders cannot be canceled after payment and the product has been shipped permanently. Store’s right to refuse or deduct: If any of the above conditions are not met, Nirooz Store reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange request or apply discounts to the refunded amount.
